Terms of Service

These Terms of Service apply to your use of montalen.com (the "Store"), operated by Montalen ("we", "us"), a business based in Spain. By visiting the Store or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Orders

All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. We may refuse or cancel an order (for example, if a product is out of stock or there's an error in price or description). If we cancel an order you've paid for, you'll receive a full refund.

2. Prices, discounts and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars. Applicable sales taxes are calculated at checkout. Automatic discounts (such as multi-unit offers) are applied in the cart and at checkout and can't be combined unless stated. Payment is processed securely by our payment providers; we never store your full card details.

3. Products

We do our best to describe and display our products accurately. Colors and appearance may vary slightly from photos and depending on your screen.

4. Shipping, returns and refunds

Shipping, returns and refunds are governed by our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy.

5. Safe use

Use our products as described in the included instructions. Fully charge cordless products with the included cable before first use, keep the charging port dry while charging, and choose the right brush head for each surface. Test on a small hidden area first when cleaning delicate surfaces. Do not use damaged products; contact us instead. Keep out of reach of children.

6. Intellectual property

All content on the Store (text, images, logos and design) belongs to Montalen or its licensors and may not be copied without permission.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws.

8. Privacy

Your personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page applies to orders placed while it is published.
